At EllasWardrobe.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please locate the return slip included in your package.
2. Prepare Your Package: Fill out the return slip with the necessary information. Place the items you wish to return, along with the return slip, back into the original packaging or a similar secure package.
3. Attach the Return Label: Affix the prepaid return label, included in your package, to the outside of the box.
4. Drop Off: Take the package to your nearest postal service location.
NOTE: Customised items cannot be returned unless they were delivered in damaged conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Cost of Returns
The return label provided is prepaid, and you will not be charged any return shipping fees.
